Quick Guide to Requesting Resources from ARIN
-
Review Qualifying for Resources below to verify you qualify for the requested resources.

Create a Point of Contact (POC) handle for each ARIN contact by sending the POC Template via e-mail to hostmaster@arin.net.
-
Create an organization identifier (OrgID) by sending the Organization Template via e-mail to hostmaster@arin.net.

- An ARIN Resource Analyst will work with you via e-mail to verify you qualify for the requested resource.
- If you have questions or need assistance, contact the ARIN Registration Services Help Desk at +1.703.227.0660 or hostmaster@arin.net.
- If you need more detailed instructions, please see ARIN’s Registration Services Guidelines.
Qualifying for Resources Overview
This is an overview of the criteria that organizations need to meet to be eligible to receive specific types of resources directly from ARIN, as outlined in the Number Resource Policy Manual (NRPM). This document is intended to provide a quick-reference to eligibility requirements, and is not an authoritative document. The NRPM is the only document of record regarding Internet number resource policy at ARIN.
To submit a request for any Internet number resource from ARIN, the appropriate registration template must be completed.
